METHODOLIGIES
Generative Change is a framework co-developed by Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan for creating meaningful and sustainable transformation. It focuses on generating new possibilities rather than simply solving problems, by bringing together conscious goals, unconscious resources, and embodied presence.
The process involves accessing a generative state — a mind-body condition that supports creativity, resilience, and deep connection — and working with the relational field between people and their environment. Drawing from NLP, systemic thinking, and somatic practices, Generative Change helps individuals, teams, and organizations create outcomes that did not exist before.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to understanding and influencing human experience by studying the relationship between:
- Neuro – the processes of the nervous system through which we experience the world via the senses,
- Linguistic – the language and non-verbal communication systems we use to give meaning to our experiences, and
- Programming – the patterns of thought and behaviour that shape what we do and how we respond.
Originally developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP provides tools and models for mapping the structure of subjective experience, identifying patterns of excellence, and making changes that lead to desired outcomes. It is grounded in the principle that “the map is not the territory,” meaning our internal representations of reality are interpretations rather than direct reflections of the world.
Generative Human Intelligence (GHI) is a bold framework for the Fifth Industrial Age — where human potential and artificial intelligence meet at their highest peaks to co-create what has never existed before. Rooted in NLP, Generative Change, psychology, neuroscience, and quantum principles, GHI activates and connects multiple human intelligences — intellectual, emotional, intuitive, somatic, relational, and AI-enhanced — through generative conversations. It is designed to shape the future of how human and artificial intelligences relate, integrate, and evolve together, enabling people to transform challenges into generative resources, integrate diversity into innovative models, and guide technological advancement with ethics, inclusivity, and ecological awareness. This is not about adapting to the future — it’s about consciously designing it.
